January 25, 2000 Theodore J. Pick, 86, of Morgan Street, Larksville, died
Tuesday in the Hospice Community Care Unit, Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. Born
in Austria, he was a son of the late John and Pauline (Mihalick) Pick and
graduated from Larksville High School. He was self-employed as a masonry
contractor for many years. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Patricia
Genovesi and Denise Pick; brother, Julius; and sisters, Sofia Vnuk and Helen
Cicak. Surviving are his wife, the former Evelyn Sult of Larksville, with whom
he celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary; daughters, Janet Pick, Renee
Bonczewski and Paula Gryskewicz, all of Plymouth; sons, Theodore, Laurence
Harbor, N.J.; Raymond and Dennis, both of Larksville; and Frank, Plymouth; 20
grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Angela Chorey, Larksville;
Veronica Taylor, Arizona; brothers, Raymond, Plymouth; and Stanley,
Larksville; and several nieces. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday
in St. Vincent de Paul Church, Church Street, Plymouth. Memorial donations may
be made to Hospice Community Care, Kingston. Arrangements are by the William
A. Reese Funeral Chapel, Plymouth.
