WILKES-BARRE – The city’s 1999 Uniform Crime Report will be presented to
the public at 10 a.m. Feb. 7 in council chambers in City Hall, Mayor Tom
McGroarty announced.
   
The presentation will include crime statistics and a demonstration of crime
trends in Wilkes-Barre in relation to neighborhoods where police officers
live.
    The presentation was rescheduled from Friday because McGroarty was at the
White House in Washington, D.C.
