January 28, 2000 rvin A. Griglock, 75, of Rose Street, Port Griffith, died
Friday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born April 17, 1924, in Port
Griffith, he was the son of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Griglock. He worked
in the local coal mines, and before retiring was employed by U.S. Plywood,
West Pittston. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Pittston. He
was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Pazdziorko; brothers, Andrew and
John; and sister, Emily. Surviving are his daughter, Evelyn Shoppel, Port
Griffith; two grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will
be at 9 a.m. Tuesday from Bednarski Funeral Home, Wyoming, with a Mass of
Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Church. Interment will
be in the parish cemetery, Exeter. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. today.
