wireless network in the Harrisburg and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre markets. NEXTEL

feature that allows a user to contact up to 100 individuals instantly. A

Educational Opportunity Center
The career guidance center has relocated from South Franklin Street,
Wilkes-Barre, to Wyoming Avenue in Kingston. Funded by the U.S. Department of
Education, the agency offers free guidance to adults who want to return to
school and need assistance exploring career opportunities and making
educational decisions. Services include career counseling, advice choosing a
school and assistance completing college admissions and financial aid
applications. The center also operates offices in Hazleton, Bloomsburg,

Tire and Rubber Co. Truckwise dealer and certified retreader. Under the

truck, over-the-road and industrial tires as well as affiliated brands Kelly
Springfield and Dunlop. Bob Shrake, who joined the company in February 1997
after 23 years with Kelly Springfield, has been named vice president of the
