January 29, 2000 ames G. Taylor, of Kidder Street, Wilkes-Barre, died
Saturday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born May 12, 1928, in Hazleton, he
resided in Wilkes-Barre most of his life. He worked as a laborer in the area
for many years. He was a veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death
by his wife, the former Irene Briar; and brother, Dale. Surviving are his
sons, James Taylor, Patrick Taylor and Robert Briar, and daughter, Theresa
Mikolajczyk, all of Wilkes-Barre; six grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren. Private funeral services were held at the convenience of
the family.
