February 1, 2000 Karl D. Terry, 31, of Schooley Avenue, Exeter, died Tuesday
at his home. Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late Karl O. and
Georgiann (Zarychta) Terry, and attended Wyoming Area High School. He lived in
Tunkhannock and Exeter most of his life and was a welder in several area
machine shops. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a
brother, Michael. Surviving are his daughter, Jessica Terry, West Pittston;
maternal great-grandmother, Catherine Koscelansky, Centermoreland; maternal
grandfather, George Zarychta, Keelersburg; and several aunts, uncles and
cousins. Funeral services will be at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the H. Merritt Hughes
Funeral Home, Inc., West Pittston, with the Rev. James P. Stevenson, of
Trinity Episcopal Church, West Pittston, officiating. Private Interment will
be in Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton, at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorial
donations may be made at the funeral home.
