The on and off-ramps of Interstate 81 Exit 40 were closed for several hours
Friday when a truck carrying a wide load became stuck. Dave Krisanda of the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said a crane was brought in to help
remove the truck from the ramp connecting state Route 924 to the southbound
interstate. The ramps reopened to traffic at approximately 4:30 p.m.
