February 6, 2000 effrey Lee Wojcik, 42, of the Bradley Gardens section of
Bridgewater, N.J., died Sunday at his home. Born in Somerville, N.J., he was a
son of Mary Pasquini Wojcik, of Bradley Gardens, and the late Leo Wojcik, a
native of Wilkes-Barre. A graduate of Bridgewater-Raritan West High School, he
attended Berkeley School of Music, Boston, and Ramapoo College. An
accomplished musician, vocalist and composer, he played with his band “Day In
A Box” at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City this past New Year’s Eve. He
was about to release his second CD prior to his death. He was a communicant of
Holy Trinity Church, Bradley Gardens. Surviving, in addition to his mother,
are his wife, Janice Koons Wojcik; son, Gregory Lee; and brother, James, all
of Bradley Gardens; brother, Christopher, Nazareth; and several relatives in
the Wilkes-Barre area. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the
Bongiovi Funeral Home, Raritan, N.J., with a funeral Liturgy at 10 a.m. in
Holy Trinity Church. Interment will be in St. Bernard’s Cemetery. Friends may
call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
