Zoey Backley, daughter of Robin Backley, of Nanticoke, and Edward Hower, of Ashley, is celebrating her ninth birthday today, Feb. 9, 2018. Zoey is the granddaughter of Tracy Backley and the late Charles Backley, of Nanticoke, and Cathy Hower, of Edwardsville. She is the great-granddaughter of Nancy Gist, of Nanticoke, and Ruth Rowles, of Ashley. Zoey has three sisters: MaKeinzy, 10; Hailey, 7; and Addison, 3; and two brothers, C.J., 5; and Andrew, 1.
