Rushton
WILKES-BARRE — Paul T. Rushton, managing partner at Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald, was recently elected as chair of the Business Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association during Committee Section Day, a component of the PBA Annual Meeting.
Rushton also serves on the Section’s Council, Executive Committee, Title 15/Business Associates Committee and Closely Held Business Committee, of which he is also the chair. He is a frequent contributor to the Section’s Newsletter and a presenter for educational initiatives sponsored by the Section.
Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald is located in Wilkes-Barre and focuses on various areas of law, including business and finance, real estate, personal injury and more.
Rushton joined the law firm in 2002 and has served as the chair of the firm’s Business and Finance Department and as a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He practices exclusively in the areas of corporate law, commercial transactions, business formation, owner disputes, and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
He was announced as Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald’s newest managing partner in January 2024.
