SCRANTON — Kevin Yurko, Dallas, has been elected to the board of directors of Step By Step, Inc., according to William Fromel, chairman of the board.

Yurko is a Certified Financial Planner/Advisor, practitioner, and founding partner of Wealth Strategies and Management LLC (WS&M). Prior to the creation of WS&M, Yurko worked as financial advisor to a wide range of clients at both Ameriprise Financial, Allentown, and most recently, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Stroudsburg.

“Kevin’s financial experience will be a great value to Step By Step and our board members and staff look forward to working with him,” noted Fromel. Yurko will serve a three year term and will serve on the board’s program and finance committees.

Step By Step Inc. is a private, non-profit corporation devoted to the provision of community support services to children and adults with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health and spectrum disorders.
