The Greater Wilkes-Barre Association for the Blind received a check for a $3,000 grant as part of The Allstate Foundation’s “Agency Helping Hands in the Community” program. Additionally, $1,000 grants to North Branch Land Trust and the Luzerne Foundation were presented.
