University Players to present ‘Putnam County Spelling Bee’


The University of Scranton Players will present ‘The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,’ April 20 through 29 with Friday and Saturday performances at 8 p.m. and Sunday shows at 2 p.m. in the Royal Theatre of the Joseph M. McDade Center for Literary and Performing Arts. The musical comedy tells the story of six middle school students who are navigating the hardships of complicated family dynamics and puberty while competing in a bee.
