The Plains Rotary hosted its 2018 essay contest winner from Coughlin High School, Michelle Tlatenchi, and her parents during a dinner meeting at The Woodlands. Theme of this year’s essay was “Make a Difference.” Shown are club president Allen Bartoli and Michelle Tlatenchi, who was presented a certificate of excellence and a check for $100.
