Meatloaf dinner, will take place from 4 to 6:30 p.m. April 28 at St. Martin in the Fields, the little stone church at the corner of Nuangola and Church roads in Mountain Top. $10 for ages 12 and older, $5 for ages 5 to 11, younger than 5 are admitted free. Welsh cookies will also be available for purchase.

Big Breakfast Buffet, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 29, Dorrance Township Volunteer Fire Company, 402 St. John’s Road, Wapwallopen, with eggs, sausage, ham, home fries, pancakes, French toast, pastries, coffee, tea and juice. Beef Stew Fundraiser, will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. April 28 at Gate of Heaven Parish in Dallas. Take-out only. $9 includes one quart of homemade beef stew and two dinner rolls and butter. Pre-order by calling the parish at 570-675-2121.

Family-style Beef Dinner, will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. April 28 at the Sweet Valley Volunteer Fire Company, 5383 Main Road, Sweet Valley. Take-out begins at 4 p.m. $12 for adults; $6 for children ages 6 to 11; free for children under 6. Info, 570-477-5121.

All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast, sponsored by The Honey Pot Active Volunteer Fire Company, 7 to 11 a.m. April 29 at the fire company. Cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children younger than 12 and free for those younger than 5. Fish Fry, 3 to 7 p.m. May 4, The Good Shepherd Polish National Catholic Church, 269 E. Main St. Plymouth. Fried haddock dinner plus french fries, cole slaw and dessert for $10.50. ‘Cinco de Chicken’ chicken barbecue, hosted by Men-in-Mission at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 231 State St., Nanticoke. Noon to 4 p.m. May 5 at the church. Dinner will consist of half chicken with BBQ sauce, baked potato, baked beans, apple sauce, rolls, and dessert. Annual Spring Barbecue, will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. May 4 and 5 at the Trucksville United Methodist Church, 40 Knob Hill Road, Trucksville. Take-out begins at 4:30 p.m. Menu features 1/2 chicken, baked potato, all the fixings, homemade desserts and beverages. Tickets cost $9. Reservations are required.
