Stuffed Cabbage Roll (Piggie) and Halushki Sale, will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 18 and 19 at St. Michael’s Byzantine Catholic Church, 205 N. Main St., Pittston. Piggies cost $2.25 each and $13 for six. Halushki costs $6 per quart. To order, call Linda at 570-905-7387.

Sensational Buffet, with meats, hot and cold dishes, salads, desserts and drinks, 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. May 18, Noxen United Methodist Church, Route 29, Noxen, handicap accessible, take-outs available, free-will offering accepted. Info, 570-298-2503.

Spaghetti dinner, 4 to 7 p.m. May 19, Central United Methodist Church, 65 Academy St., Wilkes-Barre, with take-outs available. Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for children ages 12 and younger. Tickets available at the door or by calling 570-822-7246.

Roast Beef Dinner, will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. May 19 at First Reformed Church of Plymouth, 33 Willow St., Plymouth. Menu features roast beef, mashed potatoes, vegetable, roll, drink and dessert. Take-out orders welcome. $8 per person.

Chicken and biscuit dinner, 5 to 7 p.m. May 19, sponsored by the Men’s Club of Trinity at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 105 Irem Road, Dallas, with homemade desserts and assorted beverages. Take-outs available from 4 to 7 p.m. Cost $8 adults and $4 children. Ages 3 and younger eat for free. Call the church office at 570-675-3131 or see one of the members of the men’s club for tickets.

Roast Beef Supper, 4 to 6:30 p.m. May 19, sponsored by the Lutheran Brotherhood of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 474 Yalick Road, Dallas, off Route 115 near the Route 415 intersection. Served family style, the supper includes roast beef, mashed potatoes, homemade gravy, green beans, glazed carrots, rolls and homemade desserts. Adults, $11. Children younger than 12, $5. Take-outs begin at 3:30 p.m. Tickets available at the door.

Homemade Lasagna Dinner, 4 to 6 p.m. May 19, Plains United Methodist Church, 133 North Main St, Plains. The cost is $9 for a large dinner and $6 for a small. Tickets will not be sold at the door, but can be ordered ahead by calling 570-200-5040. Handicapped parking is available.

Barbecue Chicken Dinner, featuring Kundla’s famous BBQ chicken, noon to 3 p.m. May 20, at St. Anthony Center, 156 Erie Avenue, Exeter. Dinner includes ½ chicken, potato, vegetable, salad, roll, and dessert. Take out from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $10 per dinner, pre-sales only. Tickets available at St. Barbara Parish rectory, 224 Memorial Street, Exeter, 570-654-2103. Dinner benefits programs of the Men’s Holy Name Society, Christian Women’s Organization, and Social Concerns Committee of the parish.

Ham Dinner for Missions, 5 to 7 p.m. June 2, Trucksville United Methodist Church Educational Facility, 40 Knob Hill Road, Trucksville (enter Shavertown for GPS), with ham, scalloped potatoes, corn, baked beans and dessert. Turkey Dinner, will take place from 5 to 6:30 p.m. June 9 at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, 321 Chestnut Ave., Kingston. $10 for adults; $6 for children under 12.
