Griswold Home Care recently celebrated its 36th anniversary by hosting a Hope For Veterans fundraiser at the River Grille that raised $2,000. More than 100 attendees shared a night of food, music and a chance to win more than 40 basket raffles. Hope For Veterans offers a supportive services program designed to assist veterans and veteran families at risk of homelessness to maintain their housing and re-house veterans and their families who have recently become homeless.
