WILKES-BARRE — A male and female were taken into custody after an expired inspection sticker leads to a drug paraphernalia charges.

According to the police report:

At 4:44 p.m. Sunday, Autumn Gregory, 28, of West Walnut Street, Plymouth, and Brian Hock, 33, of Kidder Street, Wilkes-Barre, formerly of Jersey city, were stopped at Dana and South Main Streets for an expired inspection sticker. Upon inspection of the vehicle, the pair were observed making furtive movements.

Hock admitted to having a hypodermic needle hidden in his underwear.

Gregory admitted to having drug paraphernalia on her. Officers found 45 empty wax paper packets, two crack pipes, a marijuana pipe and a cravat.
