Mark and Amy Amendola, Mountain Top, happily announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Julia Ann Amendola, to Daniel Harrison Palkovic, son of Robin Lonsdale, Forty Fort; and Michael Palkovic, Jr., Lake Ariel.
The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Bishop Hoban High School and a 2011 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Susquehanna University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. Julia recently earned her human resources certification and is employed as a senior talent specialist in the human resources department at Benco Dental.
The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School and a 2014 Cum Laude graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in residential construction technology and management. Dan is employed by Ryan Homes as a project manager.
The couple will exchange vows Sept. 16, 2017.
