Together with their families, Tamara Lynn Geiger and Travis Shawn Wolfe, of Franklin, W.Va., are pleased to announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the biological daughter of the late Judith Clifton and Thomas Geiger, of Wilkes-Barre. The brides parents, Martin and Lisa Braen, currently reside in Swoyersville. She is the granddaughter of Donald and Mildred Clifton, of Stroudsburg, and the late Elmer and Marilyn Geiger, of Wilkes-Barre.

Tamara is a 2010 graduate of Elmer L. Meyers High School in Wilkes-Barre. She received her emergency medical technician certification in 2011 and has been with PCER ever since. She currently is employed as an assistant property manager at Foxhill Townhomes in Harrisonburg, Va.

The prospective groom is the son of Bonnie and Edward Ambrose Paynter, of Franklin, W.Va. He is the grandson of Betty and the late James Wolfe, of Franklin, W.Va., and the late Edward and Martha Paynter of North Fork W.Va.

Travis is a graduate of Franklin High School, in Franklin, W.Va. He has been a member of PCER and an emergency medical technician for 15 years. He is currently employed as a truck driver with Hinkle Trucking in Riverton, W.Va.

The wedding will be held in Virginia Beach on May 19, 2018.
