Maryssa Lewko and Rob Baur, together with their families, announce their engagement and approaching wedding.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ninarose and Ed Lewko, of Shavertown. She is the granddaughter of the late Steffie and Edward Lewko Sr., of Larksville, and Frances Danna and the late Patrick Danna, of Wyoming.
She is a 2007 graduate of Bishop O’Reilly High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in music education from Marywood University in 2012. She is employed as the music teacher by the Pittston Area Intermediate Center.
The prospective groom is the son of Paula and Bob Baur, of Dallas. He is the grandson of the late Jean and Robert Baur, of Kingston, and Clare Kopicki and the late Paul Kopicki, of Kingston.
He is a 2005 graduate of Bishop O’Reilly High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Lehigh University in 2009. He is employed as the director of marketing by Bright Solutions Management Group, Wilkes-Barre.
The couple will exchange vows April 6, 2018.
