Jessica Parosky and Carmen Winters, along with their families, are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Angie Black and Robert Parosky, Hazleton. She is the granddaughter of Carmella Barletta, Hazleton, and the late Joseph Barletta, and the late Anna and Stephen Parosky.

Jessica graduated from Hazleton Area High School in 2004. She earned a Master of Science degree in physical therapy from Misericordia University in 2009. She works as a physical therapist for Bayada Home Health Care, Pittston.

The prospective groom is the son of Carleen and Philip Winters, Carbondale. He is the grandson of Mary Trunzo, Carbondale, and the late Carmen Trunzo, and the late Edna and John Winters.

Carmen graduated from Carbondale Area High School in 2004. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilkes University in 2008. He is employed as a patient care coordinator at Caregivers America, Clarks Summit. He is also a licensed Realtor for Atlas Realty, Wilkes-Barre.

The couple will exchange vows with an evening reception to follow on Sept. 12, 2015, at the Fern Hall Inn, Clifford, Pennsylvania.
