Plains Rotary presents Chief Roland Biscontini Community Service Award

Plains Rotary recently presented the Chief Roland Biscontini Community Service Award to an eight grade student at Plains Solomon Junior High School. The award is named after the former Plains Township Police chief Roland Biscontini in recognition of his long service to the Plains community. This year’s recipient is Lucy Martin in recognition of her outstanding community service. Lucy was presented a certificate and a check for $250.
