The St. Jude School community welcomed back students, faculty and staff on Aug. 24.
Sister Ellen Fischer, principal, welcomed students as they entered the building for the new school year.
The school theme centers around, “Shining His Light” for others. Students were greeted with a giant lightbulb cut out to stop for a quick photo op before heading off to their first day of the new school year.
The year will include many activities and events surrounding the concept of being a light for others.
