Participants in the Mature Worker Program (Senior Community Service Employment Program), sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging for Luzerne-Wyoming Counties, recently attended a Luzerne County Transportation Authority Travel Training. LCTA Travel Training provided the Mature Worker Program’s Enrollment Specialist Trainees a better understanding of how the public transportation system operates, which will help better serve the Mature Worker Program’s (SCSEP) participants. The LCTA Travel Training was a comprehensive hands-on training, which focused on bus routes, ticket fares and Share-Ride Program for Luzerne/Wyoming Counties.
