Leigh Ann Jacobson named to position at King’s College

Leigh Ann Jacobson has been appointed associate vice president for Institutional Advancement and senior director of Development and Campaign at King’s College.

In the newly created position, Jacobson will be responsible for planning and managing the daily operations of the fundraising component of the college’s Institutional Advancement Division, including leading the college’s comprehensive campaign.

Jacobson has served previously as director of the Parents Program and as associate director of regional development at the University of Notre Dame, where she earned a certificate in Executive Management from the Mendoza School of Business.

Her varied other experiences include director positions for a healthcare system, community college, Blue Ribbon private school, a regional United Way, and a YWCA.

The recipient of a bachelor’s degree from King’s College and a resident of Mountain Top, Jacobson has also served in development positions at Wilkes and Misericordia universities.

Jacobson received a master’s degree from Arcadia University and earned Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge Industry Expertise certifications.
