Big Brothers Big Sisters of The Bridge recently presented its annual Paul Smith Memorial Scholarship to David Perez, a recent graduate of West Side Career and Technology Center. Perez received $1,000, which will be applied to his education at William Paterson University, where he will study computer information technology.
