Amanda Tracy and Victor Gazella Jr., together with their families, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Christopher and Michelle Tracy, of Jenkins Township. She is the granddaughter of George and Ann Marie Anthony, of Jenkins Township, and the late James and Laura Tracy, formerly of West Pittston.

The prospective groom is the son of Victor and Mary Gazella, of Carbondale. He is the grandson of the late Joseph and Mary Gazella, formerly of Carbondale, and the late Robert and Mary Pedley, formerly of West Clifford.

The bride-to-be is a 2011 graduate of Pittston Area High School. She is a 2015 graduate of Wilkes University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She is also a 2019 graduate of Marywood University where she earned a Master degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is employed as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant.

The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Lakeland Jr.-Sr. High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Widener University in 2011, and is employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on Sept. 5, 2020 at St. John the Evangelist Church, Pittston.
