DALLAS — My name is Louise and I am a 2-year-old spayed Chihuahua weighing in at a mere 4 pounds. The nice people at Blue Chip Farm rescued me from a high kill shelter and are taking good care of me. But, I have been through a lot during my short time on this earth. You see, one day I got lost and I ended up on a highway. All of these big machines were zooming by me and I was so scared and was trying to get away but I couldn’t run fast enough and I got run over. So, I had to go to the hospital and get operated on and had my leg amputated. I am trying to be brave but I am so confused and I could really use some “me” time. I don’t really notice that I only have three legs but other people do. If you adopt me, you will have to do a lot of “legsplaining” and I promise you, my awesomeness will astound you!
