On & On Marketplace of Scranton was the small business spotlighted at the May 3 Lackawanna County Commissioners meeting. South Abington Township residents Meegan Possemato and Andrew Planey established On & On Marketplace in August 2015, bringing together artists and vintage vendors in one location on 518 Lackawanna Ave. Over 15 artists, collectors, restorers and vendors offer a variety of handmade, repurposed vintage artifacts.
