Fair Trade Sale, will offer unique holiday gifts and take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 28 to 30 in the lobby of the Banks Student Life Center on the campus of Misericordia University, 301 Lake St., Dallas Township. Items for sale include jewelry, nativity sets, scarves, handmade Peruvian bags, table runners and more. Oil paintings by Syrian artist Samir Abdo, will be available for purchase as well. Mrs. Claus Gift Shop, will feature new and like-new items and gifts for all ages. Shopping assistants will be available for children, and free gift wrapping will be offered. King’s College Craft Fair, local vendors and crafters will showcase their holiday decorations including stockings, cookie jars and jewelry, and King’s College student clubs and organizations will sell poinsettias, raffle tickets, baked goods, and a variety of King’s apparel, noon to 4 p.m. Dec. 1, Toole Lobby, Sheehy Farmer Campus Center, free admission. 570-208-5958.

Handmade Holiday Craft Fair, 10 4 p.m. Dec. 2 in the John P. Cosgrove Center at the Pittston Library, 47 Broad St., Pittston, with Mrs. Claus story time, refreshments for sale and a book sale sponsored by Friends of the Library. 570-654-9565.

Holiday Quilts & Crafts Show, sponsored by The White Haven Area Community Library, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 2 at two venues within walking distance: the historic DeWitt Homestead, a restored Victorian home circa 1875 located at 231 Wilkes-Barre Street, and the White Haven Area Community Library, located in the historic railroad Engine House at 121 Towanda Street in White Haven. Demonstrations of hand quilting by Kathy Oross, fiber spinning by Carol Pirolli, felting by Lesley McDermott and Linda Kistler, and wood crafting by Liam’s Luck Wood Crafts will be featured.
