WILKES-BARRE — A house in the Heights section of Wilkes-Barre was struck by bullets early Wednesday morning.

Police said they responded to the first block of North Grant Street for a shooting at about 12:16 a.m., finding several shell casings on the ground.

Several bullet holes were located at a residence, police said.

Police did not say if the house was occupied or if any injuries occurred.

Officers interviewed several people in the area and have obtained surveillance video.

No other information was released.
