Traffic advisory for Tuesday in downtown W-B

WILKES-BARRE — Pennsylvania American Water will close East Northampton Street, from Main Street to Washington Street for work in front of R/C Wilkes Barre Movies 14, on Tuesday, March 28th, 2023.

Work will begin at approximately 7:30 a.m. and continue until approximately 2 p.m. pending any setbacks.

East Northampton Street will be open to local traffic from Washington to the parking lot across from theater.
