PLAINS TWP. — Changing Habits, an outreach music ministry from the Church of the Gate of Heaven in Dallas, paid a visit to the General Federation of Women’s Clubs’ annual Christmas party Monday at the Woodlands Inn and Resort, filling the room with music and cheer.
