WILKES-BARRE — A man from Wilkes-Barre pled guilty to endangering three juveniles when he fired three rounds from a 9mm handgun outside his place of employment in Pittston Township.

Jose Anthony Santos-Pabon, 27, of New Alexander Street, was behind KEDPLASMA in Pittston Commons along North Township Boulevard when he discharged three rounds from the firearm on Aug. 9, 2023, according to court records filed by Pittston Township police.

Police in court records said three juveniles were in the area that Santos-Pabon directed the shots.

Santos-Pabon pled guilty to three counts of recklessly endangering another person before Luzerne County Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky Jr.

Santos-Pabon is scheduled to be sentenced June 6.
