WILKES-BARRE — The Wilkes-Barre Express Employment Professionals office recently moved to 16 S. River St., and hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday.

The new location officially opened for business Aug. 1, to continue offering staffing services connecting reputable businesses with quality job seekers.
