WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Police in Wilkes-Barre Township are seeking public assistance to identify a man who reportedly took pictures up a woman’s skirt inside a department store on Thursday.

Police in a post on Facebook reported a woman caught the man taking pictures up her shirt inside Target at Wilkes-Barre Township Commons at about 8 p.m. Thursday.

When the woman confronted the man, she told police he ignored her and was seen driving away in a green Kia Soul.
