WEST PITTSTON — Wyoming Area Regional Police say they charged Justine Elizabeth Myers, 30, with firing a shot into an occupied residence on Philadelphia Avenue early Saturday morning.

Police responded to a domestic dispute at the home and learned Myers allegedly fired a shot into a bedroom wall just before 6:30 a.m.

A .45 caliber Smith & Wesson was seized, police reported.

Myers was arraigned by District Judge Alexandra Kokura Kravitz of Pittston on four counts of reckless endangerment and a single count of discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure. She was released on $15,000 unsecured bail.
