Shinjiru Ramen, which has been preparing to open in Midtown Village for about three months, will hold its grand opening on Monday, June 9.
Located at 41 S. Main St., the restaurant now occupies the spot where the alcohol infused ice cream shop Boozy B’s used to be, before it closed its doors in August 2024.
Sinjiru Ramen also has a location in Tannersville. According to the restaurant’s website, it “offers an authentic taste of Japan’s cuisine.”
A quick glance at the menu reveals a variety of donburi, a Japanese rice bowl, and ramen flavors, along with sides.
