WILKES-BARRE — A man from Salem Township pled guilty in Luzerne County Court to charges alleging he stabbed his mother’s boyfriend in 2023.
Dylan Michael Oliver, 20, pled guilty to aggravated assault before Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky Jr.
Salem Township police in court records say Oliver stabbed Christopher Humihanz in the back with a knife inside their East Second Street residence on June 29, 2023, according to court records.
Humihanz underwent surgery at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Oliver, who remains free on bail, is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 13.
