SCRANTON — A district judge in Lackawanna County dismissed charges of receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude police, and criminal trespass against Sergio M. Faundez, 36, of Exeter, on Monday.
Scranton City police charged Faundez with driving a stolen vehicle and initiating a pursuit that ended in a crash in the Green Ridge Section on May 26, according to a news release from Scranton police.
After a preliminary hearing, District Judge Kipp E. Adcock dismissed the charges against Faundez.
