During a monthly division report at Tuesday’s Luzerne County Council work session, county Manager Romilda Crocamo highlighted landscaping at the county courthouse grounds on River Street in Wilkes-Barre.
Crocamo said the landscaping and flags are “absolutely stunning.”
“When I drive past, I really am very proud to be the manager of Luzerne County and maintaining the courthouse in the beauty it deserves,” she said.
