WILKES-BARRE — A three-judge panel of the Pennsylvania Superior Court will hear legal arguments on criminal and civil appeals at the Luzerne County Courthouse in October.
The proceedings will take place on Oct. 6 and Oct. 7.
Superior Court Judges Correale Steven, Meg Sullivan, and Timka Lane will be on the judicial panel, which was scheduled by Superior Court President Judge Anne Lazarus.
A high school class from Dallas High School will attend the proceedings.
