Longtime Republican activist Lynette Villano died on Monday, officials with the Republican Party of Luzerne County said.
“We’re sorry to say we lost a great woman and one of the most dedicated people who has ever served this Party,” the party said in a Facebook post. “Lynette was a former chair, delegate, State committeewoman, LCTA Board member, and countless other titles. Lynette will be missed dearly.”
No details have been released on her funeral services.
