LA PLUME — Student volunteers at Keystone College helped out with Winterfest Feb. 7 at Lackawanna State Park. The event featured various activities for children and families at the park’s Environmental Learning Center, ice fishing and safety demonstrations on the lake, live music, hot food and drinks and other outdoor winter activities.
