Wilkes-Barre police last month released this image of a suspect in a Feb. 20 robbery of the Turkey Hill convenience store on East Main Street. They believe the same man robbed the same store on Friday night. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Wilkes-Barre City Police at 570-826-8106.

WILKES-BARRE — Police said they suspect the man who robbed the Turkey Hill at 335 E. Main St. late Friday night was the same person who got away with money from the store last month.

A store employee told police that the man came in around 11:30 p.m. and demanded cash. He fled on foot and police did not find him while searching the nearby area. Police said he is suspected of robbing the store on Feb. 20.

The suspect is white, approximately 20 years old with blue eyes. He wore a brown Carhartt-style jacket, a gray hooded top, gray sweatpants and a baseball cap with a red brim.

Police said store video will be provided to assist in the investigation.
