HAZLETON — State police are seeking help locating a man they say shot at a vehicle full of people in Hazle Township.

Lizandy Antonio Trejo, 25, also known as “Lee,” is wanted on charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment, police say.

Trejo may be driving a black 2011 BMW with a Pennsylvania license plate, registration JMD3476, according to police, and is believed to be armed and dangerous. The man has no permanent address, but has relatives in Hazleton and in New York City.

Anyone with information about the man is asked to call PSP Hazleton at 570-459-3890.

According to state police, Trejo at about 4:35 a.m. Sunday fired three shots into a vehicle with five people inside on Ebervale Road, striking the rear window, the trunk and a rear wheel.

One person inside the vehicle was struck and sustained a laceration to the head requiring medical attention, police say.
