WILKES-BARRE — A man’s body was found in the woods behind the former Murray complex Tuesday night, according to Luzerne County Coroner William Lisman.

Lisman said the man was from out of the area and was “camping” in the woods near the abandoned building, located along South Pennsylvania Avenue. But Lisman said there is nothing suspicious about the death.

An autopsy on the body is scheduled for Thursday.

According to previous reports, the building has become a drop spot for homeless people.
