WILKES-BARRE — When he was arrested last year for allegedly robbing a pizza deliveryman, Terry Williamson still had a half-eaten slice of pizza in one hand.

The Gouldsboro man pleaded guilty this week to felony counts of criminal conspiracy and theft in front of Luzerne County Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky Jr.

Williamson along with Travis Matthews and Sara Snee, both 31 and from Pittston, were arrested last year in connection with the robbery of a Domino’s employee.

Police say Williamson and Matthews robbed Bruce Eckersley at gunpoint while he was delivering a pizza to 53 Elizabeth St., Pittston.

Williamson and Matthews allegedly took $150 in cash from Eckersley, his iPhone 6, his car keys and the pizza.

Police also say Snee placed the initial order for the pizza, as her phone number was on the label of the pizza box. She was charged with criminal conspiracy

Sklarosky set sentencing for Feb. 6. As part of his punishment, Williamson will have to pay $210 to Domino’s and $50 to Eckersley.

The judge also ordered Williamson, 31, to have no contact with Matthews, and to have only peaceful contact with Snee for the sake of her minor children. Snee previously said Williamson is her fiance.

Court records show Matthews was found guilty in December of felony counts of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery, along with related misdemeanors.

Matthews was sentenced to a total of 10-and-a-half to 21 years in prison.

The case against Snee, meanwhile, is still active.
