Plains woman charged with possessing methamphetamine, heroin

PLAINS TWP. — State police at Wyoming and township police arrested Tracy Michelle Clocker, 43, after allegedly finding a large amount of methamphetamine and heroin inside her residence in the East Mountain Ridge Mobile Home Park on Thursday.

State police and township police served a search warrant at Clocker’s house trailer allegedly finding methamphetamine, heroin, packaging materials, scales, grinders and paraphernalia, according to the criminal complaint.

Clocker was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Spagnuolo Jr. in Plains Township on four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a single count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. She was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $200,000 bail.
